Breakfast: September, 20

Breakfast today was

Five-Grain Oatmeal

15g grain-mix boiled with 140g water for two minutes. Then add 52g oats, 480g water and 1/4 tsp salt and let it simmer until it reaches desired texture.

1 tbsp sojaprotein

15g blueberries

50g strawberries

1 (big) tsp Raw Organic Cocoa Nibs

Getting the best out of the last batches of fresh berries and enjoying them as much as I can until winter comes and you won’t be apple to dust up any decent berries.

Fills you up for 311 kcal
