140g Cucumber (1/2 cucumber)
20g Spinach (one generous handful)
25g Celery (one small stalk)
100g Cantaloupe (or Galia) melon (1/4 melon)
Juice from 1/8 Lemon
Cut cucumber and celery in pieces that your juicer can handle. Peel and hollow the melon. Peel of the skin of the ginger.
Run everything except lemon juice and ice cubes through your juicer.
In a glass combine ice cubes and lemon juice and pour over your freshly squezed juice.
Makes one serving, at 69 kcal.
