35g oven-roasted granola (oats, buckwheat flakes, pumpkin seeds, raisins, dried apples, sunflower seeds and dried figs)

Cinnamon

34g fresh blueberries and 50g banana (not pictured)

Green Tea (not pictured)

Just a simple breakfast, for 330 kcal.
