Breakfast: September, 30

I’m going to show you yesterdays breakfast since today a bowl of boring oatmeal was gubbled down as I had to be at a conference very early (and of course I woke up late). So:

Very Berry Smoothie

I simply blend 70g frozen strawberries, 40g mixed frozen berries, 59g banana (scant 1/2 banana), 87g soy milk and 1 tbsp sojaprotein. Then I sweeten with a few drops of SØD no-calorie liquid sweetener.

Rice cake with 15g homemade chocolate cashew butter and 15g sliced banana

Fig-Almond Rye Bread with 1/2 egg

1 grape tomato

This was very delicious, at 350 kcal.
