Lunch: October, 4

Had to attend another conference today, so lunch was on-the-go. Phew, a long time since I had to make a lunch box – almost 1/2 year ago now (when I still went to school).

Bean Salad:

80g kidney beans, 25g green beans, 20g red onion and 30g red bell pepper tossed with fresh thyme

Spinach Loaf (not pictured)

Snacks:

A slice of Homemade Apple Banana Bread

2x High Protein Oat Bites

Fresh Apple, Kiwi and Pineapple (not pictured
