In a food processor (or high-speed blender) combine 125g pitted dates, 60g oats, 10 unsweetened cocoa powder, 20g shredded coconut, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 30g coconut oil and 1 heaping tbsp freshly ground coffee powder. Proces until smooth and form in to 20 balls at 12g each.

Honeydew and Pineapple Fruit “Sorbet”
Just frozen honeydew melon and pineapple blended in a food processor until smooth.
This was a big mix of all things delicious. Made a new batch of date and oat bars, this time with squash. They tasted good. I’ll post a recipe for those some time soon! The “sorbet” was an experiment which turned out really good. All this, at 216 kcal.
