Snack: October, 14

I apologize for the silence and lack of updates on my blog. I’ve been going through some rough days food wise and haven’t been inspired to whisk up delicious meals etc. It’s getting better but I’m not quite there yet so maybe expect a few (almost) repetitions. I hope you’ll bare with me until I’m better. To start of last nights snack/ dessert:

85g strawberries

25g blueberries

2g raw organic cocoa nibs

6g sliced almonds

Loaded with fibers, vitamin C, iron and healthy fats, at 88 kcal.
