Breakfast: October, 16

Mm, I love fresh berries. They’re getting harder to come by though; I should probably start stocking them or something!

150g soy yogurt

50g raspberries

70g strawberries

45g blueberries

2g raw organic cocoa nibs

20g pomegranates

This is the next best breakfast – only beaten by a warming bowl of oatmeal. Packed with antioxidants and vitamin C (!) from the berries, at 175 kcal.
