Lunch: October, 16

Omelet made with 1 egg and 40g egg whites

Cooked in the omelet was:

18g red bell pepper

16g green bell pepper

27g spinach

With a side of

40g sauteed mushrooms

and 65g cucumber

A loaded omelet was exactly what I needed today, at 119 kcal. Oh and the little white dots that might look a bit weird is just salt flakesūüėČ
