No oatmeal today.

200g soy yogurt

17g oven-roasted müsli with dried raisins and figs, pumpkin- and sunflower seeds

Cinnamon

45g blueberries

35g raspberries

20g pomegranate seeds

After days of oatmeal I was in the mood for something cold, at 214 kcal.
