Lunch: October, 31

I really need to be less lazy and start taking more photos with my camera instead of my mobile. The quality is so much better with a camera.

1 slice toasted Fig-Almond Rye Bread

1 hardboiled egg

65g tomatoes

63 cucumber, sliced

25g avocado

45g mixed lettuce

10g Spicy Ginger Sauce

I mix 45ml soy milk with 10 ml soya sauce, 2ml lemon juice, 1/2 clove crushed garlic and 1/4 tsp ground ginger.

Made with deconstructed egg-sandwich for lunch today, at 192 kcal.
