Breakfast: November, 3

Feel free to let me know if you get tired of oatmeal recipes.. Who am I kidding; how can one ever get tired of oatmeal?!

Rasberry Chocolate Oatmeal

35g oats

65g ripe banana, mashed

1 tbsp cocoa powder (7g)

80g soy milk

scant 215g water

40g raspberries

Just cook everything up like you would make your usual oatmeal.

Makes one serving, at 246 kcal.
