Lettuce “Boats” with

60g chicken breast, cooked in soya sauce

35g mushrooms and a bit of red chili pepper and garlic, stir-fried

Raw Salad made of 20g carrots, 20g beet root and 15g apples, all shredded

25g mixed lettuce

25g green bell pepper

25g red bell pepper

3g spring onion

Filling and satisfying dinner, at 120 kcal.
