Blueberry Soy Yogurt

21g frozen blueberries and 3g frozen blackberries blended with 70g soy yogurt

23g banana, sliced

Overnight Oats (underneath it all!)

Made the night before with 28g oats, 280g water, scant 1/8 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Making your own fruit yogurt is surprisingly tastety, at 163 kcal.
