Lunch: November, 6

1 slice fig-almond rye bread (21g)

1 egg, sliced

Fresh parsley

1 sllice pumpernickel bread

10g lettuce

36g avocado, mashed

25g tomatoes

6g bean sprouts

lots of salt and pepper!

This is probably the ugliest meal I’ve ever made but I just had to show you guys it ’cause it was super nice and very very delicious – hey ‘don’t judge a book my it’s cover’, right?. One of the best lunch I’ve had in a while, at 232 kcal.
