Lunch: November, 7

Inspired by Monica Shaw at ‘SmarterFitterDaily‘.

45g store bought lentil salad (lentils, bell pepper, lemon, olive oil)

mixed with

20g red onion and 35g tomatoes, sautéed

on a bed of lettuce

Raw salad (40g zucchini and 16g carrots, shredded)

A very quick and delicious lunch, at 76 kcal.
