Lunch: January, 6

Okay, back in the rut with some clean and light eating, this is what I had for lunch:

Tuna Salad

200g cucumber, diced

20g red onion, sliced

65g tuna (in water), drained

1/2 tbsp lemon juice


10g soy yoghurt

1 clove garlic

fresh dill for garnishing

Cut the cucumber in to fitting pieces and pour freshly squezzed lemon juice over. Let marinade while preparing the rest of the ingredients.

Mix vegetables and tuna together and garnish with “sauce” plus fresh dill.

A healthy and light lunch, at 119 kcal.
