Though I haven’t been posting many smoothie recipes on this blog, it is actually something I have almost every morning at the moment! This vitamin-packed version is one of my favorites. Adding all great things from spinach without the taste, this smoothie is fiber-rich and filled with vitamin A, B6 and C + a high content of both potassium and calcium (plus many many other good things).
150g frozen berries
80g soy milk (or any type of milk)
3/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
Blend everything together – remember to wash the spinach 😉
Makes one large serving, at 137 kcal.
