Broccoli “cous cous”

Steam 110g broccoli in as little water as possible for about 3 minutes, then combine 30g red onion + salt and pepper in a food processor and blend until consistency of cous cous or “rice”. Before serving mix with 15g soya yogurt (or any type of yogurt).

11og sweet potato, baked in microwave until tender

1 tbsp soya sauce

Broccoli “cous cous” is so nice and tastes really fresh! at 156 kcal.
