Breakfast: January, 22

Oatmeal made with 35g oats and water

30g soy yoghurt

70g apple, cooked in microwave until soft, with cinnamon

3g shredded coocnut, toasted

4g almonds, roughly chopped

35g pomegranate seeds

So so good – almost like apple pie for breakfast! at 236 kcal.
