my latest lunch addiction: vegetarian open-faced bagel-wich

Put together this delicious bagel for lunch one hot summer day a couple of weeks ago and have made it tons of times since then.

1/2 multi-grain bagel, toasted in the oven

1 tbsp of chili sauce, sweared on the bagel

a handful of lamb’s lettuce

a small handful of bean sprouts

a few slices of beef tomato

1/2 red bell pepper, roasted with thyme and salt

3 thick slices of mozzarella cheese

1 (small) tbsp green basil pesto

Yum! Even though the ingredient list might look long don’t let that keep you from trying this out – I’m only warning you; it’s very addictive!
