Avocado Salad

Today’s dinner was a very yummy vegetarian salad. Simple, yet oh so good!

Ingredients:

avocado

mixed lettuce leaves

tomatoes

feta cheese

almonds

balsamic vinegar

Assemble starting with salad and avocado, then top with feta cheese and roasted almonds. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.

Lots of healthy fats!
