Jeg blogger nu her i stedet for.
Grundene er mange, men kort sagt kan jeg sige at det simpelthen til sidst blev for negativt for mig at blogge her. Jeg var kørt fast i en selvdestruktiv ring og havde brug for at gøre noget for at komme ud af det. Derfor har jeg valgt at starte en ny blog, med fokus på de positive ting i mit liv. Der vil sikkert også komme personlige opdateringer, men jeg vil prøve at være så konstruktiv som muligt.
Jeg håber, at i har lyst til at følge mig det nye sted 🙂
For at alt ikke skal gå hen og blive negativitet og sorte tanker her på bloggen, så tænkte jeg at jeg ville dele lidt mad med jer – det plejer mange af jer ihvertfald at synes om. Jeg får jo ikke rigtig spist noget her mens jeg er indlagt og når jeg gør, har jeg ikke lyst til at stå midt i spisesalen og tage billeder af maden. Dette ville også blive lidt ensformigt: yoghurt til morgenmad og æg til frokost.. Men her er nogle dejlige og nemme pandekager, som jeg lavede et par dage før jeg blev indlagt. Bananpandekager er jo ikke noget nyt her i blogverden, men jeg har ændret lidt på den “originale” opskrift. Der er stadig ganske få ingredienser, men synes at jeg har formået at gøre den lidt mere næringsfyldt..

Det hele blandes sammen og steges på panden i lidt kokosolie. De skal vendes når det former sig små bobler og kanterne begynder at blive mørke.
Jeg spiste dem med lidt optøet bærblanding.
Sorry for the lack of posting but there’s a completely legit reason for that; I’m in treatment for my eating disorder and therefor I haven’t been able to post any recipes. I’m only home every second weekend and as for now I haven’t has much energy to come up with recipes, make dishes and take photos. I hope to slowly start posting again but I hope you’ll all understand that I won’t be uploading recipes that frequently..
I struggled a lot with this post.
What to write. What to say. Should I even publish a post like this when it’s so far from what the subject of my blog is?
I knew the answer to that last question would have to be yes! I couldn’t let this event go unnoticed. I had to do what I could to spread the word, to influence the mind of people around the world – though I knew the amount of people I could influence would be a minimum, I just had to do.
September 1 marked the official start of the annual dolphin slaughter in taji, Japan.
I first became aware of this horrible event when wathcing The Cove as it first emerged on video shells around the world (apparently people didn’t find this important enough to make it run on the big screens in cinemas here in Denmark.
I watched The Cove and it touched me deeply. Being a person that has always cared a lot for animals, dolphins espeicially, I was horrified to see how cruel people can be. To me dolphins have always been beautiful, loving and care-free creatures. Seeing these divine and intelligent animals (even before they were heartlessly slaughtered) commit suicide out of unhapiness because they cannot bare to be held in capture – it brought tears to my eyes.

Being a food blogger and not a personal blogger/ anything else, I didn’t want to create a big scare post for those of you not interesting in reading this when all you’re looking for is some inspiration food-wise but I wouldn’t be able to look myself in the eyes if I didn’t at least make a shout-out for those cruelties that are happening at this very moment.
